Description
Automatic Recycle Plastic Shredder Crusher for Plastic Recycling Line
Single Shaft Shredder for Processing Melt Lumps
During HDPE pipe extrusion line operation, workers need to start the machine and adjust parameters throughout the process. This generates waste PE melt lumps that form large, hard blocks unsuitable for standard crushers. Our single shaft shredder features high rotation speed and specialized shape knives to effectively process these materials. Workers feed waste melt lumps through the input port, and processed particles discharge from the outlet.
Two Shredder Configurations Available
We offer two single shaft shredder models: sliding port shredder and upper port shredder. Both configurations share identical motor specifications and internal structure while providing different feeding options to suit various operational requirements.
Plastic single shaft shredders are designed for pre-crushing challenging materials including sacks, jumbo bags, tires, cable, and yarn that are difficult to process in standard granulators. Pre-crushing materials enhances granulator capacity and extends the operational life of both the granulator and its blades.
Materials pre-crushed by rotating and fixed blades can be further processed in granulators to achieve desired particle sizes. The system includes automatic stop, reverse direction operation, and alarm functions to handle potential material jamming, metal detection, and overload conditions.
