The WPVC door panel extrusion machine is widely used in the decoration industry. It is made by PVC and wood powder material. The dimension for the WPC door has 830mm, 950mm, 1000mm, 1100mm and so on. The dimension could be customized and designed. For the complete extrusion line, we will use SJ92/188 extruder, with 6m wide vacuum tank, saw cutter unit and robot hand to pick up the produced panel.

The complete production process will be fully automatically. It will only need one worker to operate the complete extrusion line.

Processing Process

The process flow of this line is PVC powder + additive — mixing—material feeder—conical twin screw extruder— mould and calibrator—vacuum forming table—haul-off machine—cutting machine—robot hand.

This WPVC door profile extrusion line adopts conical twin screw extruder, which is suitable for both PVC powder and PVC granules. It has degassing system to ensure the excellent material plasticization. The high speed mould is available, and it can largely increase the productivity.

Conical Twin Screw Extruder

We used 92/188 conical twin screw and barrel for the WPVC door panel production. It has good plastisization performance for the PVC powder. Its capacity could be reached up to 800-1000kg/h. Our conical twin screw used Chinese famous brand with delicated screw channel design.

Mould for PVC Door Panel

The wide panel mould has smooth surface inside the flow channel. It has enough coating time with precision and stable running of the mould. It could ensure the produced product shinny and smooth.

Calibration table

It equipped with 8 meters long water circuit and vacuum system, the rapid shaping and cooling by special layout will produce excellent window and door profile. Stable steel frame and high-quality body material like SUS 304 stainless steel guarantee the machine lifetime. We offer several water separator.

Haul-off unit

Each crawler track is driven by independent motor offering sufficient hauling force with even force distribution along crawler tracks. Highly Synchronized hauling speed and force ensures stable quality of products. We apply direct cutting for the window and door profile production line.

Robot Hand

We offer automatic robot hand taking the produced door panel profile from the holder to the land. It could work 24 hours to guarantee the production capacity. It highly saves the workers cost.
