Operating Principle
Waste plastic is fed into the machine's chamber where high-speed rotating blades and fixed blades work together to shear materials. Centrifugal force rapidly cuts materials into pieces, flakes, or sheets that flow along the chamber walls while undergoing continuous mixing and movement.

Processing Technology
High-speed friction between materials and contact with chamber walls and blades generates significant thermal energy, rapidly heating materials to a semi-plasticized state where they begin to adhere together. The addition of cooling water causes rapid evaporation, carrying away surface heat and preventing material caking while enabling the formation of irregular plastic pellets through continued cutting action.
