• Single Screw Extruder Machine: The core component that heats, mixes, and extrudes fresh pipe
• Vacuum & Cooling Tank: Cools and dries extruded pipe to maintain ovality and uniformity
• Haul Off (Puller) Machine: Pulls fresh pipe from the extruder through the vacuum and cooling tank
• Cutter Machine: Cuts PE pipe to desired lengths programmed into the HMI
• Accumulator Machine: Maintains buffer between coil changeovers

Extrusion die heads can be added to existing extruders to produce 3-layer pipe with recycled cores, reducing raw material costs. DRTS machinery can also be supplied as standalone units for upgrading existing production lines.
