Vacuum Calibration & Cooling Tank
Features a two-chamber structure with vacuum calibration and cooling sections. Constructed from stainless steel 304, both vacuum and spraying cooling tanks ensure precise pipe sizing. The extended 8m cooling process provides superior surface quality and complete cooling for CPVC pipes.
Haul-off Unit
Equipped with three crawler tracks for stable and steady pipe movement. The haul-off units offer customizable hauling models through general control adjustments to meet specific production requirements.
Cutting Unit
High-accuracy encoder ensures precise and stable cutting lengths. PLC control system enables manual operation for specific applications. All cutting unit surfaces utilize stainless steel 304 to withstand CPVC's corrosive properties and extend machine lifespan.
