EXTRUDER FOR PVC COMPOSITE

The Energy-efficient extruders can ensure optimal homogenization, high outputs and excellent product quality. They are an integral part of the complete production line portfolio for plastics extrusion.

Conical twin screw extruder can be used to process the PVC composites and natural fiber-rein-forced plastics such as WPC (wood plastic composites). With an optimized design and logic combination of core components our extrusion line has other benefits such as stable material feeding, gentle, non-destructive processing and highly stable screw pressure for the production. So that the homogeneous melt with optimum temperature will be extruded.

A Extruder for PVC Pipe Production Line consists of following components:

  • Driving motor: equipped with famous brand motor as driving source
  • Gearbox: equipped with famous brand gearbox to ensure the maximum output of power
  • Screw & barrel: With optimized screw geometries and metallurgical solutions, we can provide the best possible process technology for every material and every application. screw core is equipped with device of temperature regulation of oil as medium and barrel is equipped with air blower as cooling device. The designing of screw and barrel will adapt the reasonable and optimal structure based on the characteristics of the formula of raw material ensure to get the plasticizing and melt stream for plastics.
  • Control system: equipped with famous brand electrical components ensure to get the accurate control.
