SJ Series Single Screw Extruder
The SJ series single screw extruder is primarily used for extruding soft and hard thermoplastics including polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene, and others. When used with relevant auxiliary equipment, it can produce various plastic products such as film, pipe, rod, plate, thread, cable insulating layer, and hollow products. It is also suitable for prilling applications.
Key advantages include advanced design, high output, excellent plasticification, low energy consumption, involute gear transmission, low noise, steady operation, large loading capacity, and long service life.
