Product Overview

This production line is used for continuously producing PVC pipes for various applications including water supply, drainage, electric wire protection, lamp circuit protection, tubes of air condition and washing machines, and electric line pipes.

Advantages of PVC Pipes
  • Excellent chemical corrosion resistance, no rust
  • Self-extinguishing and flame retardant properties
  • Excellent anti-aging performance, usable for 20-50 years between temperatures from -15°C to 60°C
  • Good electrical resistance properties with volume resistance of 1-3 × 10⁵ Ω.cm and breakdown voltage of 23-2kV/mm
  • Low toughness, high linear expansion coefficient, and narrow operating temperature range
Technical Features

Water supply PVC Pipe Extrusion Line for drainage, liquid, gas and oil transportation:

  • Special structure design of screw and dies with convenient mold block changing solves problems of screw and barrel wear, as well as plastic resin forming difficulties
  • Corrugator adopts closed water cooling structure, closed forming blocks chain, and special rail design ensuring proper block matching and stable operation with invisible connecting lines on pipe surfaces
  • Fast cooling speed through internal water circulation significantly increases production speed
  • Modular corrugator design allows using same basic structure with different forming lengths to meet specific customer requirements
