Coiling Systems
LANGBO offers fully automatic pipe coilers for three dimension ranges: 16mm-32mm, 20mm-63mm, and 50mm-125mm. Optional Pipe Diversion Units can be added to torque-controlled coilers as required. Our coilers feature mechanisms that facilitate easy pipe edge connection to the roll and are suitable for Natural Gas Pipe production with adjustable torque values and working speeds.
Control Systems
With PLC Touchscreen Panel Control Unit, Kuatro-Plast coilers enable easy control of coiled pipe diameter, speed, and torque values. The PLC-controlled coilers for 16-32mm and 20-63mm diameters work synchronized with production lines without issues.
