MF series plastic pulverizing machine is suitable for processing and grinding thermoplastics material. Such as PVC, PE, PP, EVA, PLA, ABS etc, with high output and thin powder.

Characteristics of plastic pulverizing machine

1) With water cycle and wind cooling, the machine can be applied into processing heat sensitive material.

2) With the tail-wagging air stream (partly eddy flow) produced by the tail-wagging of the main shaft capstan of the machine, the input tail-wagging materials collide strongly with the board and the cutting blade, and was grinded into powdery (without sieving).

3) Both the board and the cutting blade are made of abrasion-resistant steel, with excellent performance after heat treatment.

4) With severeness of framework, the volume of the machine is quite small. If you open door closure, you can maintain it. It is completely airproof and without any dust leakage.

5) With winding reclaiming equipment, the machine is features by cooling materials evenly, quick cooling and some other characteristics.

The machine is our latest self-developed grinding mill, the features are as follows:

1. Compared with similar millers, its output is greatly improved (increased by 50%-80%) under the same power. It is energy-saving.

2. The discharging of the main fan reduces labour intensity of operating workers.

3. The door cover of the host can be opened for convenience of maintenance and replacement of cutters.

4. Wind and water cooling system are adopted to decrease the working temperature inside the machine body, so the grinded material uneasy for denaturalization and also conducive to grind heat sensitivity plastics. For example the part of PE and ABS can be grinded by this machine.
