How to Use Self-Adhesive PVC Film on Furniture Surfaces:

Step 1: Prepare the Surface

• Clean: Wipe with a cloth and mild detergent. Dry completely.

Step 2: Measure and Cut

• Measure: Use a tape measure for the surface.
• Cut: Cut the film slightly larger than needed.

Step 3: Peel and Stick

• Peel: Start peeling the backing paper from one corner.
• Stick: Align and stick the film to the surface.

Step 4: Smooth Out Air Bubbles

• Smooth: Use a squeegee from center to edges.
• Reposition: Lift and adjust if needed.

Step 5: Trim the Edges

• Trim: Use a utility knife or scissors for excess film.

Step 6: Optional Wet Application

• Mist: Lightly spray water on the adhesive side.
• Apply: Smooth and trim as usual.

Step 7: Finishing Touches

• Press: Ensure all edges are firmly pressed.
• Set: Let the adhesive set for a few hours.

Tips for Best Results:

• Work slowly and carefully to avoid wrinkles and air bubbles.
• Use a cutting mat to protect your work surface while cutting the film.
• For complex surfaces with curves and corners, make relief cuts in the film to help it conform to the shape.
