Custom Cylindrical Air Filters for Desktop Fans

Our custom cylindrical air filters are specifically designed for desktop fans, compact air purifiers, and small-scale air cleaning equipment, offering an efficient, space-saving filtration solution. The cylindrical structure allows for flexible customization to fit various fan housings, air intake designs, and internal mounting spaces.

We manufacture cylindrical air filters using a range of media—including HEPA, fiberglass, synthetic fibers, melt-blown materials, and others—tailored to your equipment's needs. You can select specific filtration grades based on requirements for particulate filtration performance, airflow, and pressure drop. HEPA grades such as H11, H12, H13, and H14 are available upon request.

Customizable Cylindrical Design

As a filter manufacturer, we offer full customization of cylindrical filter dimensions and structures. Outer diameter, inner diameter, height, thickness, pleat height, filtration area, and overall construction can all be manufactured according to your drawings, samples, or equipment specifications.

Additionally, filters can be customized with various end caps, support materials, sealing methods, and mounting structures to ensure a perfect fit for your desktop fan or compact air purification device.

Optimized Airflow Performance

Maintaining adequate airflow is crucial for desktop fans and compact filtration units. We adjust the filter media, pleat design, filtration area, and structural configuration to meet your fan's specific airflow requirements. This ensures an ideal balance between filtration efficiency and pressure drop while maintaining stable, smooth internal airflow.

Flexible Filter Structures

Depending on the application, cylindrical filters can be designed with single-layer or multi-layer structures. Pre-filtration layers can be added to capture larger particles and protect the primary filter media. The filtration structure, pleat layout, support mesh, end caps, and sealing materials can all be customized to match your equipment design.

We provide factory-direct manufacturing services for cylindrical air filters used in desktop fans, compact air purifiers, ventilation equipment, and other air filtration devices. Clients need only provide drawings, dimensions, existing filter samples, or technical specifications, and our production team can develop and manufacture products according to the designated design. We offer customized services—spanning everything from prototype development and sample trials to mass production—that accommodate specific requirements regarding filtration ratings, dimensions, materials, structural designs, packaging, and private labeling (OEM).
