Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-8860H for electric toothbrush button bonding is a one-component reactive PUR hot melt adhesive with 100% solids. PUR-8860H can be used for self-adhesive and inter-adhesive bonding of PC, ABS, PVC and other plastics with aluminum, stainless steel and other metals.PUR-8860H has stable viscosity when heated at a certain temperature and has high initial bonding strength and final bonding High initial and final bonding strength. After curing, PUR-8860H has good peel strength, good heat resistance, moisture resistance and chemical resistance, PUR-8860H is especially suitable for bonding applications in the electronics industry.


APPLICATION
Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-8860H is used for electric toothbrush button bonding. PUR-8860H can be used for self-adhesion and mutual adhesion of PC, ABS, PVC and other plastics and aluminum, stainless steel and other metals. PUR-8860H is especially suitable for bonding applications in the electronic industry.

FEATURE

PUR-8860H has stable viscosity when heated at a certain temperature.
High initial and final bonding strength.
After curing, PUR-8860H has good peel strength, good heat & moisture resistance and chemical resistance.

USER GUIDE

The package of PUR-8860H is suitable for various dispensing equipment.
The recommended operating temperature is about 110℃.
For complete curing, it is best to place the finished product in a working environment with suitable temperature and humidity (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, relative humidity about 65%).

STORAGE
Store in a dry, cool place and avoid direct sunlight. Storage temperature should not exceed 35℃, avoid open flame or heat source.
