Placing an order for a FLOWSERVE bearing bracket replacement is simple:

1. Submit Inquiry — Include the pump model, bearing bracket part reference number, or clear photos of the used bracket taken from various angles
2. Technical Review — Within 24 hours, our specialists examine bearing seat sizes, bolt hole layout, oil seal recesses, and material specifications
3. Quotation Issued — A detailed price proposal covering material grade, casting process, finishing method, tooling cost (if needed), production period, and per-piece price
4. Sample Approval (Optional) — A pilot piece is manufactured for dimensional and surface check prior to series production
5. Production & QC — Manufacturing starts once the deposit arrives; NDT, CMM measurement, and material certification are performed on each product
6. Dispatch — Goods are delivered after the final payment; CMM inspection reports and material certificates accompany the shipment

All bearing brackets go through strict multi-phase quality checks:

• Material mill certificate showing chemical composition validated against ASTM, DIN, EN, ISO, TOCT specifications
• Visual assessment and 3D CMM dimensional inspection — covering bearing seats, mounting surfaces, bolt hole patterns, and oil seal channels
• Non-destructive examination: RT and UT for internal casting integrity; MT and PT for surface and sub-surface flaws
• Hardness verification in line with material grade requirements
• Surface finish measurement at bearing seat internal diameters
• Final visual review and dimensional acceptance sign-off

Bearing brackets are substantial iron or steel castings that call for secure export-grade packing:

• Anti-Rust Treatment — A corrosion-inhibiting layer is applied to both interior and exterior surfaces before packaging

• Export Carton — Smaller bearing brackets ship in heavy-duty double-wall cardboard cartons labeled "Fragile — Precision Casting"
• Wooden Crate — Large brackets are packed in ISPM 15-certified plywood crates with internal blocking to prevent movement
• Custom Packing — Serial number engraving, buyer-specific labeling, and tailored paperwork available on request

Lead Time: 30 days after deposit. More complex or oversize brackets may take 45–60 days.
