• Mainly used for the products with simple structure but in big quantity, such as egg trays, egg carton, fruit trays, cup carriers and disposable medical care products.

Rotary Egg Tray Production Line:

• The full automatic rotary forming machine equipped with drying line is for large production capacity, producing egg tray, egg carton, egg box clamshell, fruit tray, coffee cup tray, medical tray, etc.

• There are several kinds of specification of the rotary forming machine type of 2 face platens, 6 face platens with single layer drying line and multi-layer drying line for choice.

• The drying line can use diesel oil, LPG, natural gas, coal, charcoal and steam heating, etc.

• The full automatic rotary machine line 2000pcs/hr, 3000pcs/hr, 4000pcs/hr, 5000pcs/hr, 6000pcs/hr, 8000pcs/hr etc for choice, based on the egg tray for reference.
