Electric Immersion Heaters are ideal for direct heating of nearly all process liquids and corresponding applications. Excellent chemical resistance is ensured through various immersion tube materials and customizable fitting options to meet specific heating installation requirements.

Constructed with high-quality materials for long lifespan and optimal reliability, these heaters ensure flawless system operation.

We provide optimal materials for every application. The heated length (minimum immersion depth) is marked by a ring at approximately two-thirds of the tube length. The tube remains unheated above this mark, and the heated portion must always remain submerged in liquid, even with significant liquid level fluctuations.

Our heating cartridges feature:

• High-temperature resistance heating wire coiled for optimal heat radiation
