Application:

113x35x26mm 24v 100w PTC Air Heating Element for Room Warming and Home Dryer

1. PTC heating components are resistant to dry burning.

2. The heating element and over-temperature insurance are high-voltage wires with high temperature resistance (150 °C) and rated
voltage resistance of 1500V.

3. Under the environmental conditions required for the test, add 2850VAC voltage between the electric heating core, the electric
heating core and the over-temperature insurance, the applied voltage time is 60s, the leakage current is <10mA, no breakdown,
flashover.

4. Under the environmental conditions required for the test, the electric heating core is externally charged with 1100 VDC, the
insulation resistance is ≥50 MΩ; the electric heating core and the over-temperature insurance are applied with 1000 VDC voltage,
and the insulation resistance is ≥500 MΩ.

5. At high speeds, the 650V output power is 5000W ± 10% at wind speeds of 10m/s.

6. PTC heating element instantaneous breakdown voltage: DC1180V.
