β - glucanase is a group of enzyme preparations refined and extracted from selected strains of Aspergillus niger through deep fermentation, followed by microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and vacuum freeze-drying techniques. It can effectively decompose β - glucan in the endosperm cell walls of wheat and cereal plants, and is mainly used in industries such as beer, brewing, and feed.


Beer production: In beer production, β - glucanase can improve the filtration speed and yield of wort, thereby ensuring the colloidal stability of beer and removing cold turbidity caused by β - glucan;
