Alkaline protease is a serine type endonuclease extracted by fermentation of Bacillus licheniformis 2709. It is extracted by advanced technologies such as microfiltration ultrafiltration membrane separation, spray drying or vacuum freeze drying. Its optimal pH range is 9~11. It can decompose large molecular proteins into small molecular peptides, amino acids and other products under alkaline conditions.
