Production Process
From raw material to finished product, every step is monitored under our ISO 9001 quality management system:
  1. Material Inspection - Incoming fiberglass rods, fabric and frames are checked against spec.
  2. Frame Assembly - All-fiberglass ribs and shaft are assembled with reinforced joints.
  3. Canopy Cutting & Sewing - Fabric is cut and sewn with double-stitched seams.
  4. Custom Printing - Logo printing by silk-screen or heat transfer with color-fast ink.
  5. Final Assembly - Canopy, runner, handle and tip are assembled and tested.
  6. Windproof Test - Random sampling tested under 60 km/h wind simulation.
  7. Packing & Shipping - Polybag + carton packing, export-ready palletization.
