Our push-type laser pipe cutting machine is designed for processing square pipes, round pipes, oval pipes, elliptical pipes, I-beams, channel steels, angle irons and other special-shaped pipes. It features simple operation, quick learning curve and high cutting accuracy, delivering stable performance while saving time and labor.

This machine is suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel and other metal pipes. The cutting thickness ranges from 0.1mm to 20mm, and the maximum diameter of round pipes is 220mm (depending on the chuck size), with an effective processing stroke of 6100mm.

The machine has a physical dimension of 8500*1000*2000mm and a weight of 2500KG (subject to the actual product). It supports 220V or 380V power input for high-power laser models. The laser generator can be selected from brands like Chuangxin, Raycus or Kepuilin, paired with Hanli chillers and Gangchun, Ospri or Jiaqiang laser heads.

The cutting power is customizable from 1500W to 10000W. The required air source is compressed air at approximately 1.2MPa (users need to prepare air compressor and dryer) plus oxygen. The control system is available with Zhengtai, Schneider, Baichu, Weihong or Fangling options, equipped with pneumatic chucks and pneumatic lifting support frames.

The rapid traverse speed and cutting speed both range from 10mm/min to 6000mm/min (adjustable based on processing requirements), with a chuck speed of 2 to 6 revolutions per second. The tail material length is controlled to 270mm when not passing the front chuck, and 80mm when passing the front chuck (with slight reduction in accuracy). The machine supports manual loading and can be adapted to automatic loading racks.
