The production involves casting, extrusion, and coloring processes including oxidation, electrophoretic coating, fluorocarbon spraying, powder spraying, and wood grain transfer.

These profiles are processed into various forms including casting products, forged products, foils, plates, belts, tubes, bars, and profiles, with additional processing such as cold bending, sawing, drilling, assembling, and coloring. Aluminum alloys are enhanced with additional elements to improve performance characteristics.
