Extrusion and Molding: The blended pulp is extruded into sheets or molded into various shapes using specialized equipment. During extrusion, the material is heated and formed into thin layers, facilitating versatility in product design.

Cooling and Setting: After molding, the paper plastic products undergo a cooling process to solidify their structure. This step is crucial for maintaining the desired shape and integrity of the final products.

The material will be completely degraded in nature within 120 days.
