How to Choose

1. By Substrate:

General grade for plain base paper; high-adhesion formula mandatory for PE coated cups & paper plates to avoid ink peeling.

2. By Temperature Resistance:

Standard grade for cold drink cups; hot water & boiling resistant grade for milk tea cups and instant noodle bowls to resist discoloration under

high temperature.

3. By Printing Speed:

Slow-drying general ink for proofing; fast-drying anti-clog anti-block grade for high-speed flexo lines to ensure continuous production.

How to use:

1.Stir thoroughly before use
Stir the whole barrel of ink evenly after opening to eliminate sediment and ensure consistent concentration.
2.Adjust viscosity
The original ink can be used directly. If it is too thick, dilute only with pure water. Do not add other solvents.
3.Printing operation
4.Suitable for flexo printing machines. Control the printing speed to form thin and even ink film without ink accumulation or smudging.
4.Machine maintenance
Keep the printing plate moist during short downtime. Clean anilox rollers and plates thoroughly for long shutdown to avoid dry blockage.
5.Storage

Tighten the lid after use, store sealed in cool dark place at room temperature to prevent crusting, delamination and deterioration.
