Q1.Why does ink strike through paper and cause mottling?

Loose paper with high ink absorption. Adjust ink supply, reduce printing pressure and increase UV curing speed to prevent strike-through.

Q2.Why is ink uncured and sticky on paper surface?

Excessive press speed or insufficient UV lamp power. Slow down speed, clean dust on lamp covers and enhance UV exposure for full curing.

Q3.Why do printed dots blur and color uneven?

Unbalanced ink-water ratio or insufficient ink stirring. Stir ink evenly and fine-tune ink-water parameters to improve paper transfer effect.
