FEATURES

Feeder Unit
► Continuous or skip feeding is available with counter;
► Main motor is protected from starting up when units are not fully closed and locked.
► Motorized backstop forward /backward and up/down position for easy and quick adjustment;
► Copy sun automation lead edge feeder with strong vacuum transfer for precise and stable feeding;
► Variable frequency drive control for vacuum blower fan for increased or decreased vacuum suction to match different size
cardboard.

Printing Unit
► Quick set and self locking pull collars.
► Automatic resetting after cleaning the printer.
► anilox roller LPI according to customer requirement.
► Transverse register is also digital controlled by motor and PLC ±10mm.
► Cleaning function can be automatically switched to ensure the ink recycling thoroughly.
► Pneumatic clutch is adopted on the anilox roll
► Mounting roller with left and right both of side locking device,let the mounting position more accurately.

Slotter unit
► Slotting mechanism
Slotting knife width 7.0mm. The alloy steel material through heat treatment grinding gear type slotting cutter, hardness and toughness are good.The double edge trimming knife, knife edge sharp, high precision.
Slotting knife (carton height) synchronous adjustment, reduce adjustment time improve work efficiency.
The slotting pedestal horizontal position control by electric button(Carton width adjustment).

Die Cutter Unit
► Anvil cover is Depride made from Germany
► Side to side oscillation of anvil drum(45mm)
► Die-cutting register is digitally controlled by motor and Mircro Computer
► Anvil trimmer to keep surface of the anvil covers flat and smooth.
► The die drum’s transverse movement can prolong the service life of anvil cover.
► The die-cut cylinder lateral register is digitally controlled by motor and PLC,rang about±10mm
