Here is our double-station DTG printer. It is equipped with six Epson I3200 print heads, supporting a wide color gamut using nine colors—CMYK, ORGB, and white ink. The dual-station design helps increase production output. This unit can later be expanded to eight print heads, and includes a head moisturizing system that fully protects the heads, thereby improving efficiency and extending their lifespan. The device comes with a detachable platen, allowing flexible handling of various fabric sizes. It delivers excellent throughput, producing 80 A4-sized patterns per hour. This machine has 6 Epson i3200-A1 printheads (2 each for pretreatment, white ink, and color ink). It's easy to use, highly efficient, and requires no manual pretreatment—just print in one go. Speed: 80–120 A4 pieces per hour. With 600 dpi per color and up to 4 colors per printhead, it delivers sharp details, smooth transitions, and vivid colors. The printheads are durable and low-maintenance.
