Product Overview

NEW-CONSENS LUGB plug-in vortex flowmeter works on Karman vortex street principle, specially designed for large industrial pipelines DN200~DN3000. No need to cut off the pipeline during installation; just drill a hole and insert the probe, greatly saving construction cost and downtime.

The probe and converter are all stainless steel SS304/SS316L, no internal moving parts with low pressure loss and long service life. Built-in intelligent digital converter with local LCD display, optional integrated temperature & pressure compensation for steam mass flow calculation. It supports 4-20mA, pulse frequency and RS485 Modbus communication, IP65 protection, and optional explosion-proof version for hazardous workshops.
