Introduction of PPGI steel coil :

PPGI steel coils are produced through a process where a layer of galvanized or aluminum-zinc-silicon alloy is continuously applied to steel.

This involves three main steps:
Surface Preparation: The steel surface is thoroughly cleaned and chemically treated to remove any impurities.
Coating Application: A precise method of roll-coating is used to apply one or more layers of liquid paint.
Curing Process: The coated steel is then baked and cooled under controlled conditions to ensure the paint adheres properly.
