Manufactured from high-quality 3003 aluminum alloy, the Lightweight Corrosion Resistant Aluminum Perforated Sheet combines low density with excellent structural strength and natural rust resistance, making it ideal for applications where weight reduction is critical. The sheet features the industry-standard staggered 60-degree round hole pattern, ensuring an optimal balance between open area and mechanical integrity. Available with optional high-performance color coating, the surface can be finished with either PVDF (Fluorocarbon) or durable powder coating technologies. PVDF coatings provide a protective film thickness of ≥30μm and withstand over 2,000 hours of salt spray testing, delivering exceptional long-term color retention and weather resistance, while powder coating offers a robust, scratch-resistant finish in a wide range of colors to suit any modern design requirement.
