This aluminum sheet, made from Alloy 3xxx (e.g., 3003, 3004) and finished with polyester coating, is specialized for composite panel fabrication. Alloy 3xxx brings excellent formability and moderate corrosion resistance, enabling easy bonding with composite cores (foam, honeycomb) via cutting or bending.

Its polyester coating ensures vivid, consistent colors, plus resistance to scratches, fading, and mild weather—ideal for both interior and exterior composite panels. Lightweight yet durable, it boosts composite panels’ structural stability while enhancing their aesthetic appeal, perfectly matching fabrication efficiency and end-product performance needs.
