Product Description
- Based on building functions (such as residential layouts, floor heights, and load requirements), the overall structure is divided into steel plate precast modules (e.g., walls, floor slabs, stairs, balconies). Each module undergoes refined processing in the factory.
- BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology optimizes component dimensions and connection nodes to ensure on-site assembly precision.
- Corresponding Image: A BIM 3D model of a high-rise residential building, showing exploded views of steel plate modules (e.g., wall modules, floor modules).
- Steel Plate Processing: High-strength steel plates (e.g., Q345, Q235) are cut, welded, and drilled to form basic components like beams, columns, and floor slabs.
- Modular Assembly: Steel components are combined into complete prefabricated units (e.g., standard floor modules, kitchen-bathroom modules) in the factory, with simultaneous embedding of pipelines, insulation layers, and wall finishes to reduce on-site construction work.
- Quality Inspection: Prefabricated modules undergo mechanical performance tests (e.g., load-bearing capacity, seismic resistance) and waterproof/fireproof inspections to meet building standards.
- Corresponding Image: A factory production line showing steel plates being welded into wall modules, with workers installing insulation and pipelines.

Foundation Construction
- Traditional concrete foundations (e.g., pile foundations, raft foundations) are first completed to provide stable support for the prefabricated structure.
- Corresponding Image: A construction site with completed concrete pile foundations, ready for module installation.
- Prefabricated steel modules are hoisted into position using cranes and fixed via bolted connections, welding, or embedded anchors to form the overall framework.
- Typical process: Layer-by-layer hoisting of floor and wall modules → Reinforcement of connection nodes → Installation of vertical transportation systems (stairs, elevators) → Completion of module assembly floor by floor.
- Corresponding Image: A crane hoisting a steel wall module onto a high-rise frame, with workers securing bolted connections.

- Utilizing pre 预留 (pre-bored) pipeline holes in modules, water, electricity, gas, and ventilation systems are quickly connected, reducing on-site trenching and pipeline laying time.
- Corresponding Image: A close-up of a module’s interior showing pre-installed electrical conduits and water pipes.

- Exterior wall panels (e.g., steel plate composite insulation panels, glass curtain walls) are installed, followed by roof waterproofing and insulation.
- Interior wall and floor finishes can be pre-completed in modules (e.g., integrated ceilings, floor tiling) or quickly assembled on-site with ready-made materials (e.g., prefabricated tiles, paint).
- Corresponding Image: A nearly completed high-rise building with exterior steel composite panels and glass windows installed.

- High Efficiency: Factory production of modules shortens on-site construction time by 30%–50% compared to traditional buildings, especially suitable for standardized construction of high-rise residences.
- Flexible Layout: Lightweight steel structures with large spans allow flexible interior space division to accommodate diverse housing designs.
- Green and Environmentally Friendly: Reduces on-site wet construction and construction waste; steel materials are recyclable, aligning with low-carbon building concepts.
- Safe and Reliable: High-strength steel components with excellent seismic performance (typically resisting magnitude 7–8 earthquakes), with factory production ensuring quality control.
Mainly used for high-rise residences, apartments, and affordable housing in large-scale residential projects, especially in urban centers with tight land resources and high construction efficiency requirements. For example, some Chinese cities have promoted steel plate prefabricated high-rise residences, achieving an industrialized construction model of "building houses like stacking blocks."
