About the frame connection, detachable container use screws to connect the column and the top/bottom beams. Flat pack container connects the column and the top/bottom beams by welding. So production time of flat pack container is longer than that of detachable container. Relatively speaking, flat pack containers' on-site installation is faster and easier.
Although now detachable contaiber house has good performance, flat pack container house has better performance because it uses a combination of frame + columns.
Combining many advantages of detachable containers house and general containers, flat pack containers have good performance in transport and installation. Further there is little loss after repeated disassembly and transfer. However, the shipping volume of the flat pack container house is still larger. So its sea freight cost is higher. The packing method for main steel frame use steel pallet, This method packing can better protect the steel frame, and alos the loading and unloading will be fast and convenient since it could be taken as a whole.(see attached photo). The best advantage can save the quantity of shipping contaier, so it will save the cost of ocean freight, save unlading time and cost.
Erection
Upon customer request, we could send our engineer to guide the installation, or a small team to install at the same time, teaching local workers to install, or enough workers to install all the goods by ourselves. It depends on whether the cost is economic.
