TORICH 133 * 4 * 4113 mm 304L precision stainless steel tubing is manufactured for applications requiring controlled diameter, roundness, straightness, surface condition, and dimensional repeatability. The tube has a nominal outside diameter of 133 mm, a nominal wall thickness of 4 mm, and a finished length of 4113 mm.
The low-carbon TP304L material provides good weldability and resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding. The tubing can be supplied seamless or welded and cold-finished according to the approved drawing, purchase specification, and inspection plan.

Testing options:
TP304L tubing is normally supplied solution annealed. The exact annealing temperature and cooling method depend on the governing material standard, product dimensions, and manufacturing route.
For bright-annealed tubing, heat treatment is performed in a controlled atmosphere to limit oxidation and produce a clean, bright surface. For pickled tubing, oxide scale formed during heat treatment is removed by an appropriate descaling and passivation process.
