Cold Drawn Hydraulic OD 80mm EN10305-4 E235 E355 Precision Steel Tube

Hydraulic and Pneumatic Precision Steel Tubes are manufactured according to technical standard of EN10305-4

E235 E355 +N, with the characteristic of good tolerances and perfect surface quality for both OD and ID, Surface

treatment is available according to customers PO and specific requirement. Both OD and ID surface roughness is

well controled during cold drawing or cold rolled production, usually the delivery condition would be +C or +N.

Cold drawing on the seamless steel tubes, to reach high accuracy on the OD and WT tolerance,
with certain heat treatment to achieve better mechanical properties for bending and pressure purposes

Delivery Conditions

The tubes shall be manufactured from hot finished seamless tubes by cold drawing or other suitable processes.

The tubes shall be supplied in one of the delivery conditions as follows:

Cold drawn/hard +C No heat treatment after the final cold drawing process.
Cold drawn/soft +LC After the final heat treatment there is a suitable drawing pass.
Cold drawn and stress relieved +SR After the final cold drawing process there is a stress relief heat treatment in a controlled atmosphere.
Annealed +A After the final cold drawing process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
Normalized +N After the final cold drawing operation, the tubes are normalized in a controlled atmosphere.
