Clad Pipes: The base material (inlayer) is made of carbon steel strip, coating material (outer layer) is made of stainless steel strip, tightly wrapped continuous welding molding.

Material: Q195,Q215,Q235,06Cr19Ni10,12Cr18Ni9,12Cr18Mn9Ni5N,12Cr17MnNi5N.

Bending:

The bending degree per meter of the composite pipe should be in accordance with the following regulations.

a) D＜ 89.0mm, not more than 1.5 mm/m

b) D≥ 59.0mm, not more than 2.5 mm/m

Classification and code

The composite pipe is divided into 4 kinds according to the surface delivery state, name and code of the state are as follows:

a) Surface unpolishing state SNB

b) Surface polishing state SB

c) Surface grinding state SP

d) Surface sandblasting state SS

The composite pipe is divided into three types according to the shape of the cross section:

a) circular tube R

b) Square tube S

c) Rectangular tube Q

Roughness:

The roughness of the outer surface of the composite pipe should be in accordance with the following regulations:

a) When the outer diameter of a circular tube is not more than 63.55 mm, the surface roughness of a circular tube should not less than R_a 1.6 micron.

b) When the outer diameter of a circular tube is more than 63.55 mm, the surface roughness of a circular tube should not less than Ra 1.6 micron.

c) The surface roughness of square and rectangular tubes should not be less thanR_a 1.6 micron.
