Partial surfaces polished with VDI 18#; harden the cavity and core with 1*1/S136 to have good hardness and anti-wearing performance, with tool life up to 500k shots. The mold good fitted, with no leakage, stable cavity pressure, uniform wall thickness; molded parts have smooth surface, sharp edges, no burrs, with precise thread and uniform thickness
