Coarse Pre Filter Element - Model LFA060

The LFA060 is a high dirt holding pre filter cartridge for compressed air systems needing coarse particle capture and moderate oil reduction. It removes contaminants down to 25 microns including rust, scale, and dust, while cutting residual oil to 5 ppm using micro fiberglass depth media. Low flow resistance extends service intervals.

At 3.6 Nm3/min, this element serves laser cutting heads, SMT machines, sandblasting cabinets, and multi-tool pneumatic networks. Clean pressure drop stays ≤0.01 bar, saving 5-7% compressor energy across 8000 hours. Weight is 0.3 kg for easy servicing.

The LFA060 fits 76 mm diameter housings with 172 mm clearance. Engineering plastic end caps and Buna-N seals handle 1.5-80°C and pressures to 2.0 MPa.
