Manufacturing Process
1. Drawing & Cutting
Raw materials are drawn to desired diameter sizes and cut into rod-shaped punching pin blanks of fixed lengths.
2. Heat Treatment
Blanks are straightened and heated to 800-1300°C for 2-5 minutes, followed by oil quenching and low-temperature tempering to achieve tip hardness of Hv590-800.
3. Grinding Processing
Punching pins are clamped and ground according to specific angular requirements for various needle bases.
4. Polishing
Surface cleaning to remove oil, rust, and other contaminants.
5. Inspection & Storage
Comprehensive quality inspection followed by packaging and warehousing of qualified products.
