CNC Lathing High Precision D3 Die Steel Mold Core Insert Components with Mirror Polished

These Mold Core Inserts Components aim to optimize moldmaking efficiency for users of quick-change interchangeable Mold Core Insert Components systems. The Master Unit Die (MUD) Enhanced Series Mold Core Insert Components feature a streamlined guided ejection system design that maximizes available insert core and cavity surface area.

The configuration also provides more room for pockets and offers additional clamping surface area for faster, easier machining setup. These Mold Core Insert Components are compatible with the MUD Quick-Change System (QCS) U-Frame to provide a flexible solution to higher productivity and lower tooling costs. A multipurpose guidepost retains and guides the ejectors and provides support without the need for additional support pillars.

The Mold Core Insert Components come installed with four leader pins, bushings, and return pins. Tapped holes are provided for insert installation and removal. Parting line plates are finish-ground and bolted to ear plates on laminated construction mold inserts; the ejector plates are also bolted together for convenience.

These Mold Core Insert Components are available in the most common insert thicknesses and steel grades for same-day shipment. Ejector plates are available in an optional .48-inch thickness at no additional charge. Other standard sizes and steel grades are available for delivery in less than one week.
