Mold Core and Cavity serve as the heart of the mold, where their quality, surface finish, and fit directly impact mold performance.
Our solution utilizes S136 from ASSAB with excellent polishing performance for cavity production. Threads are produced by grinder, and bushings use 1.2344/8407 or copper to ensure service life and meet high gloss requirements for cosmetic molds.
