S136 Material Plastic Mould Components Threaded Core Unscrewing Parts
Thread Core Rod is made from the finest grade hotwork die steel. The surface could be ion nitride coated and the core of vacuumed pin could be hardened as per customer requirements. Our proprietary coating process produces an ideal combination of toughness and long life. The high surface finish reduces friction and increases pin service life. We can achieve tolerances as tight as 0.005mm.
