Stavax Material Coded Mold Inserts Assembled Coded Mold Components For Plastic Molds

Mold components can be divided into three categories: frame plates, frame components, and cavity molds. The frame or base plate consists of individual formwork which, depending on size and complexity, can be seven plates in a stripper mold, or even as many as twenty or more. The main function of the character code mold component is to engrave fonts on the finished product.

4. Making mold(moulds) components

Confirm drawing, start to do DFM, mold flows and mold detail agreed

with the customer, start production
5. Production schedule Every week we will feedback to the customer a mold progress (picture)
6. Sample Shoot

We provide the moulds Components test samples for confirmation (about 1-2piece), then,

get your signature sample, mass production
7. Package Cartons box for parts, or as your requiretment
