Working Process

After thorough mixing with flocculant, the sludge enters the gravity dewatering zone where it relies on its own weight to remove significant amounts of water. The process continues through multiple stages:

  • Pre-compression dewatering in the wedge-shaped pressing section
  • Final pressing zone where the sludge cake is formed
