Equipment Overview

The domestic waste incinerator adopts the patented high-temperature pyrolysis gasification technology, which conforms to the3T+E design principle;The whole system operates under negative pressure.

When the temperature of the primary combustion chamber is above 550℃,the combustion engine automatically shuts down;when the temperature of the secondary combustion chamber is above 850℃,the combustion engine automatically shuts down,and theentire operation process does not require fuel combustion,saving operating costs. The system is completely closed,the flue gas does not leak,the combustion chamber temperature is stably controlled at 850-1200℃,the residence time of the flue gas is≥2s,so that the dioxin harmful substances are fully decomposed and discharged according to thestandard.
