- Compatible with many vinyl resins, synthetic rubber, ethyl cellulose, and polystyrene, it is a plasticizer for nitrocellulose and paint.
- Due to its low volatility, resistance to hydrolysis, and photostability, the paint film plasticized with it is highly resistant to oil and animal fats.
- TBC can be used to manufacture vinyl resin films and sheets, especially suitable for food packaging, beverage tubes, hospital walls, anatomical repairs, and protective outerwear.
