(1) Equipment use: This machine is mainly used to cut the crown and sidewalls of waste tires into rubber strips of a certain width.

(2) Structure and principle:
The machine consists of a pair of blades, reducer, frame and transmission mechanism. The basic principle is that the speed reducer drives the two blades to run at a relatively uniform speed through the rotating mechanism, which causes the two blades to form a shearing trend. The material is placed between the two blades and moved forward to achieve the cutting effect.

The two round disc cutters are made of special metal heat treatment, which is hard and durable, and can be used for multiple grinding.
