Introduction

The CG13 powder coating machine operates on the principle of electrostatic adsorption. The electrostatic powder spray gun generates high voltage at its front end when powered, causing the powder to become negatively charged as it's sprayed. The charged powder is then blown onto the positively charged workpiece surface by high-pressure air, creating an even, uniform coating thickness as the charge repels excess powder.
