Working principle

Electrostatic powder coating is a kind of coating produced by electrostatic powder spray gun, which makes powder particles negatively charged while dispersing. Charged powder particles are coated on the grounding coating under the action of airflow and electrostatic attraction.

When the spray gun is close to the workpiece, the current and voltage will be automatically adjusted.
