G7013 PO Hot Melt Adhesive for PU Filter Manufacturing
Poseidon G7013 is a polyolefin (PO) hot melt adhesive designed to replace traditional polyamide (PA) hot melt adhesives in demanding filter production. It is mainly used for middle-layer bonding during PU filter pleating and folding, where flexibility and bond durability are critical.
Thanks to its balanced formulation, G7013 provides strong adhesion, excellent flexibility, and stable processing performance. The adhesive forms a smooth, uniform coating layer, allowing the bonded areas to remain secure even after repeated folding and shaping. This makes it especially suitable for high-efficiency PU air filter applications.
